Own it immediately. Repent, step back, and reach out to us. Restoration is possible, but continued leadership without confession is not. Better to step down for a season than bring harm to the flock.

Call them to repentance. If they’re open, walk with them gently. If they’re rebellious or cause division, remove them quickly. Unity is more important than comfort. Keep the house clean. Holiness is not optional.
