We recommend a rhythm of worship, prayer, the Word, and fellowship—but you have the flexibility to structure your gathering based on what God is doing in your group so long as it is based on the Word.

Absolutely. Many of our house churches use playlists, pre-recorded worship, or simply create space for spontaneous praise. You can also tap into our Awakening Nations Worship team, which is highly recommended. You don’t need a live band.

Can I rotate locations with someone else in the group?

It would be difficult to maintain momentum if you are moving the location frequently unless you have a known rotation and a group of consistent attendees. Still, it can be difficult

You’re building an altar, and the enemy doesn’t like it. Stay prayed up. Keep your armor on. Use the spiritual warfare resources we’ve provided. And never hesitate to ask for prayer from our leadership team.

We encourage deliverance ministry in house churches—but only when the leader is trained and confident. If you have not been through our deliverance training, we would not advise you to do deliverance for the safety of yourself and others.
